Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Check & Packing
Ensure the products are in their original condition with tags intact and pack them securely in the original packaging.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package and provide a pickup receipt.
Refund Processing
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
